Renovation, Remodeling, and Refurbishment of Commercial Properties

Project: Commercial property: Complete renovation of a 60 m² kitchen, a 140 m² dining area, and a 96 m² rooftop terrace.

Description: Over six weeks, the following services were completed in a single hand: The old kitchen (60 m²) and tiles were removed. The rooftop terrace (96 m²) was demolished. Thermal insulation was applied to the floor of the commercial canteen to prevent heat from the heating room. 60 m² of screed was laid, walls were prepared, and 240 m² of tiles were installed. A new electrical installation was carried out according to the new kitchen plan. The interior construction was completed, and painting work was done. 640 square meters of flooring were painted, 143 square meters of old parquet were sealed and lacquered, a new 96 m² terrace was completely rebuilt, and new furniture was installed.
